Corrections, vendor requests and tool suggestions all come here.
Reporting an error
This is the message we most want to receive. Prices change, plans get renamed and free tiers get narrowed, often without announcement. If a figure on this site is wrong, tell us which page and what you saw — a link to the vendor's current pricing page is enough.
Material corrections are noted on the affected page rather than edited in silently, and the review date is reset so you can see the page was re-checked.
If you are the vendor
You are welcome to request a correction, and we will make it if the record is wrong. Two things we will not do: remove a documented limitation because it is unflattering, or change a verdict in exchange for an affiliate partnership. Every tool page states its evidence level, and that is what a correction moves — not the conclusion.
If your pricing page blocks automated access, the tool shows as unverified. Send a link that resolves and we will verify it on the next cycle.
Suggesting a tool
Tell us the recurring job it does for a freelancer or a small service business. That is the selection criterion — not category, popularity or launch buzz. Suggestions from vendors are read on the same terms as suggestions from readers, and neither buys inclusion.
What we cannot help with
We are not a support channel for the products reviewed here. For account, billing or technical problems with a tool, its own support team will be faster and better informed.
